Before it was very rare to see one but now It's happening on frequent basis. They live in the area so it's not rare to see them around or hear about people encountering them.

Here, some more pictures of them I took when I was out on a walk last sunday. A group of small guys near a parking spot and a lone big boy outside a school. The small ones made a cute noise kind of like "meep meep" and got quite close to me. They're very cute.
