There was a game called Shelter where you play as a badger mother protecting her babies. Not an otter game but I think the gameplay would translate well to otters if some indie dev wanted to take a crack at it (maybe even /agdg/).

A very naughty otter has been spotted in Singapore. Don't keep your belongings near a river or they may be thrown in the water.

Do you love otters?
Or do you just like them?
This board made me swallow the otterpill, it's not too tough to digest.
I love otters more than anything in the world

Otters make life bearable
Who could not love them? even if you hate otters, you should still feel some emotion about them.

World Otter Day movie night Anonymous 05/13/2020 (Wed) 21:38:44 No.1076 [Reply] [Last]
OTTERCINE 2020 It's two weeks to go until World Otter Day and we're planning a nice gathering on Ottercine to watch some ottery films, videos, etc. together. Probably looking at Otter 501 and Supercharged Otters as documentaries this time. Last year we watched Ring of Bright Water and Tarka the Otter, two classic otter films. Join us on Wednesday, May 27th, at 11PM CEST / 4PM CDT at http://cytu.be/r/ottercine for a good time.

Has anyone ever made a fully functioning robo-otter?
Such a small, versatile, all-terrain quadruped could have many useful applications, couldn't it?. They could be used for spying, warfare, rescue operations, or to perform other jobs in and around the water. I think we should invest in this idea.
>military otter bots
Sounds like an awesome idea. Imagine a bunch of small, quick and nimble amphibious otterbots coming toward your position.
You could use them in the swamp, maybe have them carry IEDs. We should ask /k/ about this one.

Otter removes koi again Anonymous 01/22/2020 (Wed) 23:05:56 No. 530 [Reply]
Koi tremble in fear as otter makes reappearance in Vancouver Chinese garden
>Nearly a year after a hungry otter began decimating the koi population at Vancouver’s Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Gardens, another animal has returned to finish the job.
>The Vancouver Park Board said Saturday the otter was spotted in the koi pond on Wednesday morning, after the carcasses of three koi were found.
>“To be quite frank, we don’t know what otters are capable of,” he said.

The language of giant otters Anonymous 01/21/2020 (Tue) 18:57:57 No.528 [Reply] [Last]
Giant otters live in large social groups and are the most vocally complex otters. They have an array of 22 distinct vocal expressions they use for communication among themselves. These signals can be used for greeting, begging, mating, coordinated hunting, alerting to threats, and more.

Here's a video where you can hear how much noise they make:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M1DiEAO3O_4
How can I learn this language? I wanna talk to otters.
Post some more giants. Did you know the scientific name Pteronura literally means "wing-tail"?
>>944 They look liek RPG creatures.
I don't get how people can think these guys are ugly. Do all otters have to be small and cute?
