Ok, I hereby declare art war on (This is just an excuse to draw some characters and their equipement..) We'll need to draft an army, in order to psychologically destroy their board. We'll have four monthly themes, after which we should've assembled our army. (It's monthly, because I'm not sure how productive you guys are. It should be fun and not stressful.) During each month you can post your concepts and practice drawings related to the theme of the current month. The themes will be: - Armour - Weapons - War Face - Soldier The last month is when we explicitly create new soldiers for our army, using the knowledge we've acquired over the three prior months. (When I say "soldier" I mean anything that could potentially fight for the honor of In the end we'll make a compilation of all the created soldiers and display them as the army. From then on, we can continue the thread, if people are participating in it.

rotating an invisible camera

Hello, need help understanding how to draw an angle (or subject) from one perspective into another. given example below the photo, the angle between front tire and the body in that perspective, how to sort of redraw/project that image into another angle like the right one, worm/bird view? no plan drawing is to be expected so basically using another perspective drawing as reference only.... like rotating an invisible camera around the subject of sorts...

3d animation software

We have animation software that's 3d. The OG one I use is mmd but there is also koikatsu Chara studio with the timeline feature which is what I feel like getting into apart from live2d to make animations. Share tutorials or helpful tips on such software or even some user created animations for inspiration. Chara studio tumeline feature.

Questions that don't deserve their own thread - Sketches Edition. Do you usually refine the figure (face, accessories, hair, drapes) when sketching or its easier to just putting a landmark then refine it later in lineart?

Incoming Directions

Hello there, it seems i'm the NBO and i would like to thank the previous BO for trusting me the board. While i haven't been an active user since a long time ago, i can still say i browse to check on things. Now it's obvious by now this place has been in disuse for some reason or another but i think there's still anons who don't really want to jump to the other site, so this thread is for them: If you have any suggestion, comment or observation you can do so with all liberties here, in my opinion i think we should probably discuss what we want for the board and how we should do to promote our mutual feedback and activities in or if users want it as a bunker for the other place, which can be understandable but that requires bunker status by the admins and a sort of "cold storage" status. But still, if there's a single anon who wants to use this place formally once in a while, apart from me of course, then that idea will be discarded; my point is just a quick friendly discussion on what's on your mind(s) for this board. From my part it seems i will have to pump my practice dramatically and post much more often

Krita General.

Oh, damn an art board. I'll keep a look at this. Although my main stay is over at http://nanochanqzaytwlydykbg5nxkgyjxk3zsrctxuoxdmbx5jbh2ydyprid.onion/oc/ If you post on nanochan, you'll get an overpaint, if I see that you've put effort into the painting or drawing. Otherwise use this thread for for the clearnet normies. Do you want to know how to do anything specific in Krita? New to animation? New to painting? If you're using Photoshop or Corel Painter, you're a cuck and not allowed in this thread. Ok, let's see if this semi advertisement gets deleted.

Robowaifu concept art

Question, can some of you artfags help us out with concept arts for /robowaifu/ designs? Having some new ideas and fresh points of view helps get motivation flowing and spurs creativity in general. It doesn't have to be anything fancy either, just basic hand-drawn sketches like >>>/robowaifu/369 are plenty good enough. Most of us who were part of our community weren't too skilled at art and we could deffo use the help.

On Moderators

Although the board is obviously small, I think it's imperative that there's some redundancy in the moderator department. So if you feel like overseeing things from time to time, pop your account name and tell me more on how you'd handle it.
