Was a calisthenicsfags for years, decided to bite the bullet and start building a home gym now. Got some dumbbells and a bench last January, been making significant gains since. It's particularly nice since I lost most gains in 2021, about 15lbs, but now gained back about 20lbs total, mostly muscle.
Been taking ashwaghanda, tongkat ali, Vit D, C, zinc and magnesium on a cycle; usually 2 weeks on 1 week off, might switch this up more though. The ashwaghanda and tongkat ali do indeed work, at least I've noticed a difference, if any anon is on the fence about them.
